    What kind of breakfast do you offer?

    We offer an international buffet breakfast, in which you will find both local specialties (savory meats, cheeses, bread, eggs …) and desserts (croissants, biscuits, homemade cakes …), as well as milk, yogurt , cereals and fresh fruit.

    How can I know prices and availability?

    You can use our online system to check prices and room availability and to book your stay without prepayement.

    What are Check-in and Check-out times?

    – Check-in from 3 pm to 9 pm

    – Check-out before 11.30 am

    What is your cancellation policy?

    Cancellation is free within 3 days from the date of arrival.

    For cancellations made 1 or 2 days prior to the arrival date, a penalty of 1 night will be charged.

    For no shows 100% of the booking amount will be charged.

    There will be no refund bookings made with the “Not Refundable” offer.

    Can I check in before 3 pm?

    It depends. If possibile, we try to meet our guests needs but usually it is not possible to check in before 3 pm if the room was occupied the previous night. Contact us for more information.

    Can I checkout after 11.30 am?

    No, late check-out is not available.

    What are the reception hours?

    Reception is open from 7 am to 8 pm. Outside these hours you can contact the property’s managers by telephone for any need.

    Do you have a luggage service?

    Of course, you can leave your luggage at the property before the check-in or after the check-out.

    Is there a Wi-Fi Internet connection in the hotel?

    Yes, the Wi-Fi is available in all the common areas and in most of the rooms.

    Is it forbidden to smoke in the rooms?

    Yes, apart from the garden all the areas are smoking free.

    Do you offer transfer service to and from the airport?

    Yes, on request we can arrange transfers with private driver to and from the airports. Contact us for more information.

    Yes, we have a free parking available for all guests.

    Yes, a/c is available in the building and in all rooms, where it can be controlled independently.
